- International partnerships. Memoranda of understanding, joint-venture documents, and cross-border filings.

Standing partnership documents
The working drafts of standing agreements live in this monorepo at osage/legal/partnerships/ in LaTeX. Current files:
2026-cyrus-mou.tex— Osage Group ↔ Cyrus / PARS Foundation, 2026.
Jurisdiction note
Osage Group is a creature of the State of Oklahoma and the United States. The Osage Nation is a separate sovereign and is not a party to ecosystem documents unless explicitly named. Liquidity-flavored activity does not appear here; that practice is handled separately and is not co-mingled with this house.
How we engage
- Named partner of record. Each engagement is led by one named partner who is reachable on standing terms. No pooled-account workflows, no panel arrangements where the actual lawyer rotates.
- Standing relationships. We sign engagements that we expect to run for a decade. We do not bid on RFPs.
- Conflict policy. Standing conflict register held by the managing partner. New engagements are screened against the register before letter of engagement; we decline rather than wall.
- Fees. Hourly with a posted ceiling, or a fixed annual retainer for sister entities. No success-fee arrangements on regulatory work.
What we will not represent
Anonymous-token issuance. Operations whose principal moat is regulatory arbitrage. Counterparties who depict, license, or commercialise ceremonial regalia, songs, dances, or sacred materials of any tribal nation. Matters our compliance committee or general counsel will not put a name to in writing.
Tribal-jurisdiction matters
Where a matter touches the sovereignty of the Osage Nation or an allied tribal nation, we proceed only through the Nation’s own institutions on the Nation’s own terms. We do not file in a tribal court without instruction from the appropriate authority of that nation, and we never represent a position contrary to the Nation’s stated posture on any matter touching the diaspora.
